- Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the "Manage Subscription" page. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period; it is not extended after cancellation.
- Refunds: payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by Malaysian consumer law (e.g. service not provided as described).
- Proration on plan change: switching between monthly and yearly prorates the difference immediately.
- Contact: for refund or billing questions, contact support before your next renewal.
Bahasa Melayu
- Bil: langganan Premium dibil terlebih dahulu, bulanan atau tahunan.
- Pembatalan: anda boleh membatalkan pada bila-bila masa dari halaman "Urus Langganan". Akses Premium kekal sehingga akhir tempoh bil semasa.
- Bayaran balik: pembayaran untuk tempoh bil semasa biasanya tidak boleh dikembalikan, kecuali dikehendaki oleh undang-undang pengguna Malaysia.
- Prorata: menukar antara bulanan dan tahunan memprorata perbezaan dengan segera.
