  • Service: EV Navigator provides EV route planning, navigation, vehicle telemetry and related services ("the Service").
  • Accounts: you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Acceptable use: you may not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • Subscriptions: Premium is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly (see the Refund Policy). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
  • Intellectual property: the Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors.
  • Liability: the Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. EV navigation is an aid, not a substitute for attentive, safe driving.
  • Termination: we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
  • Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.

  • Perkhidmatan: EV Navigator menyediakan perancangan laluan EV, navigasi, telemetri kenderaan dan perkhidmatan berkaitan.
  • Akaun: anda mesti memberikan maklumat tepat dan melindungi bukti kelayakan anda.
  • Penggunaan wajar: anda tidak boleh menyalahgunakan perkhidmatan atau menggunakannya untuk tujuan haram.
  • Langganan: Premium ialah langganan berbayar (bulanan/tahunan). Pembatalan berkuat kuasa pada akhir tempoh bil.
  • Harta intelek: perkhidmatan dan kandungannya adalah milik kami atau pemberi lesen kami.
  • Liabiliti: perkhidmatan disediakan "seadanya". Navigasi EV ialah alat bantuan, bukan pengganti pemanduan selamat.
  • Penamatan: kami boleh menggantung akaun yang melanggar terma ini.
  • Undang-undang: terma ini dikawal oleh undang-undang Malaysia.
